Undergraduate Admissions Student Ambassador

As a Seattle Pacific Ambassador, you will help prospective students decide whether SPU could be their future home by showing them all that our campus has to offer. You will have opportunities to share your student experience, which allows a prospective student to imagine their life as a falcon, and give them a sense of the SPU community by welcoming them into your classes or residence hall. The Seattle Pacific Ambassador program seeks to engage visiting students in a variety of ways, and in each, you will play a very crucial part in shaping their impression of SPU. We are looking to build a team of diverse students from all backgrounds, majors, and interests to show prospective students what SPU has to offer.

We are hiring sophomores, juniors, seniors, and transfer students for winter quarter of 2022. Please keep in mind that most ambassador tasks are being completed remotely this quarter.

We are seeking exemplary students from the following departments:

Events: panelists, drives, event prep, host hall activities
Student Engagement: posters, recruitment strategies, thank you postcards, office tasks
Team Building: encouragement, celebrations, moments of recognition throughout quarter

As an ambassador, you will:
  • Give official Campus Tours
  • Help at events hosted by Admissions
  • Report to the Ambassador Manager (Kari Nolasco)
  • Be a representative of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and SPU
