Membership Coordinator - State Work Study

Membership Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
·        Develop, coordinate and implement strategies for retention of existing Chamber members and recruitment and cultivation of new members, including the creation of new member benefits and regular solicitation of member feedback. It also includes collaborating with the Executive Director to create a members database that will track member connections/engagements to help prioritize and better manage member contacts

·        In coordination with the Executive Director, help develop member surveys focusing on evaluating the Chamber’s services, events, and programs

·        In concert with the other communications interns, coordinate website content and functionality to enhance membership and event attendance

·        Complete other projects and tasks as assigned.
 
Desirable Membership Coordinator Intern requirements
·        Highly organized and detail-oriented, flexible and collaborative with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·        Excellent written and oral communication skills, and positive, can-do attitude.

·        Proficiency in Google G Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power Point and Google Sheets and Slides.

·        Sense of ownership and pride in your performance, hard-working and team oriented
