Role: Provide budget assistance to the Budget Manager in the School of Education (SOE).

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Enter faculty and adjunct loads and credits into online formats. Work with faculty to verify and maintain accuracy. Enter revisions as needed.
  2. Update Faculty Load and Release Tracking Spreadsheet.
  3. Assist with quarterly contract cycle for adjuncts and supervisors across all SOE programs. Confirm students enrolled in internships by reviewing course rosters prior to setting up pay details in spreadsheet format.
  4. Assist with expense reconciliations, payments, and audits.

  4. Ability to work independently and with a team
  5. Coachable
