Seeking applicant to work 10-12 hours/week during fall quarter with training to begin spring quarter, depending on availability.
General Duties: On campus position directly supporting the Administrative Assistant to the Director of the Seattle Pacific Foundation. Tasks will include filing, archival scanning, expense report preparation, greeting guests, assisting with Board meeting preparation, workroom upkeep, on-campus errands, and other special projects as assigned.
 Skills & Attributes: Professional demeanor with good communication skills for greeting guests and interacting with department team. Dependable, mature, with initiative and pride. Ability to work independently and in an organized, efficient manner. Experience with MS Word, Excel, and OneNote. Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
