Computer Technician Trainee - State Work Study | Vital Information Technology, Inc.

Install and configure local area networks (data, voice, video). Install, operate, and maintain network services, routers, firewalls, and other devices. Assist end users with tier 1 issues via phone, coordinate and prioritize service calls and assist senior technicians on technical issues. Track time and work via online ticketing system. You will gain exposure to all aspects of I.T. services. This is NOT a coding or programming position.
