Office Assistant - Office of Risk Management

Office Reception & Guest Service:
·        Answering telephones
·        Greeting guests
·        Meeting set up with snacks/beverages.
 
Administrative:
·        Database entry
·        Office supply management
·        Photocopying & scanning
·        File inventory and organization
·        Campus deliveries
·        Weekly office cleaning
·        Other tasks as assigned
 
Other Qualifications/Attributes:
·        Personable
·        Detail-oriented
·        Responsible/Dependable
·        Punctual
·        Self-motivated
·        Team Player 
·        Strong written and verbal communication skills
·        Strong computer skills, including experience with Word & Excel
·        Previous office experience preferred but not required
