Job Description

Represent the Center for Learning with excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professional and personable qualities. Perform administrative duties such as scheduling exams, filing, copying, running errands, and other duties as assigned by the professional staff. Previous office experience is preferred but not required.

Job Requirements

·        Works cooperatively in a team setting

·        Must be Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Word, and Outlook)  

·        Students with 2.5 or higher GPA preferred

·        Office experience and working with diverse populations preferred

Job Availability

During the academic year, hours would typically be 6 hours per week, with a possibility of increased hours if available during particularly busy weeks.

 Hours needed: Monday- Friday lunch shifts between the hours of 11:00am-1:00pm, closing shifts 4:00pm-5:15pm and a mid-day shift (day/time varies, but needed for 1.5 hours).

Continued employment in subsequent terms depends on hours of availability and strong skills set.
