Student electrical engineering tech assistant

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the electrical engineering parts inventory
• Keep the electrical engineering lab classrooms clean, organized and fully equipped
• Assist the electrical engineering faculty in various activities to prepare for student labs and projects
• Maintain the electrical engineering storage rooms
• Make minor repairs to equipment when needed

Requirements:

• Must be a full time EE or CPE student who will have attained sophomore status in EE or CPE by Fall 2018 and completed at least one EE course with a B or above.
• Must be able to work alone, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision
• Must be detail oriented, organized and willing to do menial tasks when needed

This job will typically entail roughly 2-3 hours per week during each quarter and roughly 5-10 hours in September and December between quarters.
