Part-time position (12-15 hours/week) during school, and (20-40 hours/week) during Summer, Winter, and Spring breaks. Available on a continuing basis until your graduation

Hourly wage: $15.45/hour (and up)

As an Office Assistant, your role is vital to our success. You will assist and provide support to the Business Manager as well as the Assistant VP for Facility Management. You will assist with a variety of administrative duties and payment/budget responsibilities.

General Duties:

* Prepare payment requests and ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time.

* Organization, filing, and follow up on projects as assigned.

* Create/maintain Excel spreadsheets and maintain various office/budget records.

* Provide front desk office support to Facility Management staff, greet and assist vendors/customers.

* Assist in maintaining a neat and tidy office, conference room, and kitchen area.

* Assist in preparing for meetings in the office as needed.

* Draft, copy, scan, and distribute documents.

* Courier items daily to/from various locations on campus and occasionally off-campus.

* 12-15 hours during the school year, and 20-40 hours during Winter & Spring breaks and the summer.


Qualifications:

*Work a consistent schedule Monday-Friday, designed around your class schedule each quarter during the school year.

* Must be available to work in the summer.

* Must be a professional, self-motivated, flexible, reliable, punctual, extremely accurate, detail-oriented individual.

* Must be able to take direction easily, multi-task effectively, work in a team environment as well as independently.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Overall computer experience/skills preferred.

* Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
