Industrial-Organizational Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

The Graduate Teaching Assistantship is an appointment under the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program. Under the supervision of a faculty member, the Graduate Teaching Assistant is responsible for assisting the faculty member with a variety of administrative and non-administrative tasks.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting faculty in the development of new material for their courses
• Leading class discussions
• Answering student questions
• Evaluating or grading student work
• Maintaining records on student progress/grades
• Working one-on-one with students who are having problems with the course materials
